Training For Users Of Fluoroscopes Radiation Safety Training is required for all operators of x-ray producing equipment. Physicians who did not attend an in-service can simply review the PowerPoint presentation below and take the exam. If you did not complete a Personnel History Form for your radiation badges, please complete one of these, too. You may fax the form to the Radiation Safety Office at 404-727-5904. A Radiation Safety Officer will get in touch with you if the exam results are not satisfactory.
