Training - Human Research Studies

This online tutorial is for individuals who are preparing a human research study for IRB review in which radiation or radioactive material is applied to the subjects by order of the PI or any member of the research team.

This tutorial will provide guidance and links to the forms that are necessary for successful review by the Radiation Safety Committee.

• Go to:classes.emory.edu

• Login to Blackboard using your PeopleSoft credentials

• Select Yellow Community tab at the top corner

• select Environmental Health and Safety Office

• Find EHSO_Radiation_Safety_1 Human Research studies - Radiation and click Enroll at the right (Submit) (OK)

• Read Announcements, Select 'Overview', and follow the instructions
