Use this Word Template file to assist you in making labels for chemical disposals. It has been formatted for use with Avery #5164 labels or Maco ML-0600 labels, but also works well when printed on standard paper. If you are using Internet Explorer, you must right-click and choose "Save Target As..." from the context menu to save it to your hard drive; Netscape should prompt to download it simply by clicking the link.
