The new HOT2008 radioisotope inventory spreadsheets are now available for download. There are three versions. Please follow the link to the appropriate form and save it to your computer.

HOT2008 contains inventory spreadsheets for P-32, S-35, I-125, H-3, C-14, P-33, and Cr-51.

HOT2008 Light contains spreadsheets for only the most common isotopes: P-32, S-35, H-3, and C-14.

HOT2008 Many Isotopes contains spreadsheets for almost every isotope on campus. If you have an isotope on your authorization that does not appear on HOT2008, please download this one. It is, however, a large file (>7.2 MB) and may take some time to download over a slow connection.

Please note that the Usage Worksheet has been placed into its own file and must be downloaded separately.

Instructions

First, replace the "PI Name" box on the Instruction page with the PI's last name. The PI's name will be automatically updated throughout the spreadsheet. Next, replace the authorization number.

Update your possession limits. From your authorization, enter the limit for each isotope. Each isotope is tracked on a different sheet. Click on the bottom tab to select the isotope you want.

Finally, enter the initial stock and waste values for each isotope from the final values on the Hot2008 spreadsheet.

If there is an isotope listed that is not on your authorization, simply select the sheet by clicking on the tab at the bottom of the worksheet and choose Edit | Delete Sheet. If there is an isotope on your authorization that is not listed, please contact your senior health physicist for assistance.
